The Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino will transport you to the cobblestone streets of Paris with replicas of the French’s most beloved landmarks. The servers wear colorful French peasant costumes and seem really friendly, even though definitely frazzled. The buffet style dining that offers cuisine from five different French provinces. Here you’ll feast on epicurean delights in one of their many fine dining options including Mon Ami Gabi and the Les Artistes Restaurant.
The food I would describe as all right, more of the hearty variety. The seafood dishes were particularly delicious, the rest certainly edible, but do not expect anything refined a la upscale ethnic restaurant. There is a wide variety of dishes: every station offered quite a few original and tasty platters: meat, fish, vegetables, pasta and all kinds of appetizers and sides. They even carry sushi, which we found a bit strange and rather entertaining.
